The squad numbers of Manchester City players for the 2024/25 campaign have been revealed, as Pep Guardiola’s side prepare for the new season.

Manchester City will bid to win an unprecedented fifth consecutive Premier League title during the upcoming 2024/25 season, alongside competing in newly-formatted versions of both the UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup over the next 12 months.

Guardiola’s side will begin their Premier League title defence against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and will compete in expanded versions of the Champions League and a 32-team Club World Cup, with the opportunity to win six trophies next season. The Sky Blues will begin their campaign with an FA Community Shield clash against Manchester United at Wembley Stadium, and will also compete in the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup during the upcoming season.

Manchester City have won six Premier League titles in seven years, and will be seeking further glory during potentially Guardiola’s final season at the Etihad Stadium, with the 53-year-old out of contract in east Manchester in 2025.

The Catalonian has won 17 major trophies since his arrival at Manchester City in 2016 from Bayern Munich, and is expected to welcome at least one new member to his first-team squad this summer, as the Sky Blues add 2004-born Brazilian winger Savio from ES Troyes.
