Fans have taken to social media to heap praise on Thierry Henry after a video emerged of him taking part in a shooting drill.

The Arsenal legend was seen taking part in a training session with the French Olympic team ahead of the Games in Paris later this month.

Henry – who is the head coach of French Olympic team – was seen executing a penalty before curling the ball into the top right-hand-corner.However, instead of taking a regular penalty, he toe-punted the ball with his standing left leg as he pretended to kick it with his right.

The ball fizzed into the bottom right-hand-corner of the goal, sending the members of staff watching into applause.
