Marcus Rashford will reportedly stay at Manchester United this summer despite previous links to PSG.

The England international has struggled this season as part of Man United’s attack and it had been thought that he could leave Old Trafford in the summer.

With the Red Devils set to miss out on Champions League football ahead of next season, several first team stars could look to move.

However, according to The Sun, Rashford will not be going anywhere.

They report that he is set to stay at Man United as PSG have made it clear there is no chance of a move to Paris happening.

The report states that PSG have no interest in signing Rashford despite recent links with the forward.

Sources revealed that PSG believe the talk was only used to improve the terms of his contract offer.

A source said: ‘PSG have never been interested in signing Marcus.

‘And given his struggles on and off the pitch this season, they have given it no consideration at all. He will not be moving to PSG.

‘He might benefit from the noise around a possible transfer going away so he can concentrate on reigniting his United career.’

Having struggled in front of goal this season, Rashford’s former team-mate and Man United legend Wayne Rooney questioned his future at the club.

‘He has had a very difficult season. We all know he has got the ability and got all the attributes to be a top world-class player,’ Rooney told Premier League productions.

‘That’s the frustrating thing. Last season, he went and scored a lot of goals. But this season, he hasn’t kicked on. He doesn’t look happy when he is playing.

Rashford will be hoping that he can get his Man United career back on track after struggling

‘You wonder, is his best option to move away from the club and have a fresh start? But he is a Manchester lad.

‘I would love to see him get his career back on track at the club, go on to score goals and try to help the club win trophies. But he certainly has had a difficult season.’
