Cristiano Ronaldo shows off impressive abs as he works out with partner Georgina Rodriguez

Cristiano Ronaldo showed off his chiselled physique during a recent workout with partner Georgina Rodriguez.

The 39-year-old shows little signs of ageing if his recent Instagram post is anything to go by, as the Al-Nassr captain continues to keep himself in optimal shape ahead of the Saudi Pro League title run-in.

Ronaldo shared an image initially posted by Rodriguez of the pair cosying up together in the gym.

Rodriguez is kitted out in her gym wear while the Portuguese forward is donning just a pair of shorts as he jumps in for a couple’s selfie.

Ronaldo has long been an advocate for clean and healthy living and his devastating goalscoring form, despite being in the twilight of his career, is testament to his off-field commitment.

On the pitch, Ronaldo’s goals have kept Al-Nassr in with a chance of landing this season’s Saudi Pro League title.

The ex-Manchester United forward was unable to steer his side to last season’s crown and despite his efforts, Al-Nassr remains seven-points adrift of leaders Al Hilal.

Ronaldo leads the way in the scoring charts with 22 goals from 20 games played – three ahead of former Fulham striker Aleksandr Mitrovic at Al Hilal.

But the Portuguese star is desperate to get his hands on the league title, a trophy Al-Nassr has not lifted since the 2018/19 season.

However, their title hopes could be hit by an impending two-game ban for Ronaldo after he performed a crude gesture at fans who chanted the name of long-time rival Lionel Messi.

Ronaldo is likely to be slapped with a two-game ban for a pelvic thrust aimed at Al-Shabab fans during Sunday’s dramatic 3-2 victory.
